Jethro Bronner is a young South African adventurer and Alfa Romeo enthusiast

renowned for his beautifully crafted videos cataloging the maintenance and restoration

of his classic Alfas and for his remarkable journey from Dargle, South Africa, to

Dargle, Northern Ireland in a 1964 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT no less!

In 2015, at the age of 22, he embarked on this 22,000 mile expedition, traversing

25 countries over nine months. In addition to the search for personal growth, the

purpose of this journey was to demonstrate the reliability of classic Alfa Romeos

and to share his passion for these vehicles.

When he's not making inspiring videos or crossing continents, he daily drives a 60's Giulia 1300 Ti through harsh terrain and has been doing so for almost 2 decades.

some amazing stories.

Learn John's Story

John Saccameno is a life-long car guy. A native of Chicago, his earliest cars reflected his love of British Sports Cars and a variety of others foreign

and domestic.

In 1996 John became a customer of Sport & Specialty

for maintenance on his beloved 1963 Austin Healey

BJ7 3000 and a host of racing cars including a

Bugeye, Caterham, BMW 2002 and yellow 1969

Alfa Romeo GTV.

John ultimately purchased Sport and Specialty in 2012

keeping alive the legacy of founders Mark and

Kathy Baker.

Since then, substantial investments in facilities,

tools, technology, and a team of highly talented
